SHIPPING
All hats can be shipped Australia-wide and to New Zealand.
Australia: Shipping is FREE for all orders.
NZ: Shipping is $25.
We are happy to investigate shipping to other international locations – please contact us on info@elevenimports.com.au with your enquiry.
In Australia we ship with Australia Post, TNT, and Fastway couriers, depending on your location and the size of your order. Orders to NZ are sent via post.
Any duties or taxes that arise for international customers are at the customers expense.
We try to process your orders as quickly as possible – but sometimes there can be a 2-3 day turnaround. Shipping within Australia usually takes 2-5 days to most locations except some rural areas and WA which can take up to 10 days.
All items are sent with a tracking number which we will send you via email with confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
RETURNS
Please contact hello@sanfranciscohatco.com.au if you have any issues regarding your hat purchase.
We are happy to exchange or refund your hat purchase if your hat does not fit or is not suitable. Return shipping is at the purchasers expense and a refund will not be issued until the item is received in good condition. To this effect, we recommend shipping via a reputable and trackable service.
If you wish to exchange your hat, we are happy to send you a replacement at no cost.
We have very tight quality control at our warehouse so in the unlikely case that a fault has slipped past our eyes, please contact us within 7 days and have the product returned within 10 days in the same condition that it arrived to you.
All hats being returned must be unworn, with all tags still attached and in original packaging.
San Francisco Hat Co hats are hand made using natural dyes and materials. Each dye lot can be different and therefore colours can slightly vary. We have attempted to ensure that the colour you see is as accurate as possible.
